Called on Wednesday afternoon for a non emergency and he came Thursday morning. Clean and efficient and very courteous. Reasonable price for amount of time he spent at house.

I've been using Jake The Snake for well over 20 years between myself and my father, they are reliable, high quality and great with their customers. If you have a problem these are the people to call, I would highly recommend using them for any of your septic or sewer problems.

JAKE the Snake - NOT Nate the Snake - is trustworthy, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I paid another drain cleaner 4 times in 2 months to get rid of a root. HE finally gave me Jake’s number to call to fix it. Jake came and fixed it for once and for all!!! And he used a camera to see the problem Jake is the best drain cleaner in the New Haven area. I know cause I’ve tried them all. And don’t be fooled by Nate the Snake, he’s an imposter capitalizing on Jakes name and slogan. Shameless!!! Highly recommend Jake.

Mr. Jake the snake professionally calmed my nerves after having a backup in my main sewer drain.. He couldn't come out that night however assured me that he would be here in the morning, and that is just what he did along with his partner Mr. Roosevelt... Mr. Jake the snake I thank God for you because not only did you do a good job you made your visit a pleasant one despite my unexpected emergency... Thank you and Mr. Roosevelt again! Daryl Ellison is a life saver! Had an issue with my pipes being clogged for over 3 days. Before contacting Daryl, I got in touch with a different company that ripped me off and didn't even fix my problem ( less than 24 hrs later my basement flooded again).A friend recommended Daryl's services, and it was the best decision. I was not thinking when i didn't ask for the price ahead at the beginning. My fault. The young man Was very mannerly very professional. He worked very well taking only 5 to 15 minutes to clear. I would call again pricing first. Thank you again for your quick a d reliable service.
